Perlitech Perlite Filters – A Smart, Eco-Friendly Filtration Solution
At Technol, we prioritize sustainability. While sand filtration mimics the natural water filtration process, Perlitech filters provide a superior alternative when space is limited. Using perlite or diatomaceous earth, Perlitech filters deliver exceptional performance in smaller footprints.
Why Choose Perlitech?
Innovative Regeneration Mode – Enhanced Efficiency Without Moving Parts
The regeneration mode of Perlitech filters uses the flow of water in a closed system, making it much more efficient than traditional bump systems. By creating a stronger impulse, the regeneration process is highly effective, ensuring the filter media is cleaned thoroughly.
Perfect for Older Machine Rooms with Low Ceilings
Perlitech filters are designed with a low profile, making them ideal for machine rooms with lower ceilings. This makes them an excellent choice for renovating old facilities, where space is limited and existing filtration systems need to be replaced.
When there is no space for media filtration Perlitech filters are the best alternative, also compared to UF systems which are an expensive investment, very complex to maintenance and with high operational costs.
Environmentally Friendly Filtration
Perlite is a natural, non-toxic, and sustainable material that does not release harmful substances into the water. Unlike sand, which can degrade and contribute to environmental waste, perlite is a cleaner, greener choice for water treatment. By choosing Perlitech filters, you contribute to sustainable water management practices and reduce your environmental footprint.
Uncompromising Quality and Automation
Built to meet the rigorous DIN 19624 and DIN 19643 standards, Perlitech filters offer the highest level of durability and performance. Paired with full automation, they provide the best operating conditions for your swimming pool, ensuring reliable and consistent water quality.
Custom Solutions for Any Need
With a wide range of capacities from 45 m³/h to 600 m³/h, Perlitech filters are designed to adapt to your needs, helping you reduce the complexity of piping and fittings in your setup.

Our advanced Perlitech perlite filters are ideal for a variety of applications, including:
The PERLITECH Control-System by Technol
The PERLITECH System is a fully automated filtration solution equipped with pneumatic valves, sensors, and pumps, all controlled by our software via a user-friendly touchscreen PLC.
This system operates based on real-time readings from the monitoring equipment, optimizing efficiency while using less regeneration media than conventional systems. With real-time adjustments, it ensures the filtration process runs as efficiently as possible. The PLC manages the entire system, including pump speed, valve operations, flow rates, and pressure sensors, working together to maintain optimal filtration.
Key features of the system include:
The system’s integrated design conserves water and reduces maintenance costs. It’s easy to install and operate – a plug-and-play solution that requires only precoat preparation, which is stored in the system’s holding tank. The rest is handled automatically.
Remote monitoring is also available through SCADA, allowing you to access system controls, alarms, and current status from any location, whether at the office or on your phone.
One System, One Supplier – A practical solution for pool designers, builders, and operators looking for efficiency and ease of use.
